How do I book?
Choose a day or tell us what you have in mind. We review your dates and needs, then provide an itinerary and quote. A booking is confirmed only after availability, transport and payment terms are agreed. Use the enquiry form, email bookings@cjtour.online or WhatsApp +673 830 5402 to get started.
Which vehicles do you use?
Your written confirmation specifies suitable transport and passenger and luggage capacity for your party. Please tell us about children, prams and luggage before we prepare the quote.
Can you plan a family-friendly day?
Days can be tailored around children’s ages, breaks and interests. Child restraints, luggage and vehicle capacity must be confirmed first.
Can you accommodate dietary or access needs?
Tell us practical requirements. We check venues, routes and transport before confirming suitability. Please do not send medical records.
Can we request an alcohol-free or Muslim-friendly itinerary?
Yes: request an alcohol-free day, prayer breaks and halal dining. Specific facilities must be checked; we do not claim halal certification.
What if the weather changes?
We discuss alternatives if weather or closures affect an essential part of the day. Wildlife and mountain visibility cannot be guaranteed.
What is the cancellation policy?
